A transmitter and an app are revolutionising communication between JURA coffee machines and users or vending and operating providers. JURA Smart Connect transmits relevant information about counter readings and messages such as 'fill beans' or 'empty tray' to a smartphone via Bluetooth®. This information can be viewed at any time and sent to defined e-mail addresses with the free JURA Connect App. Settlement and maintenance have never been so easy or convenient.

Product counter

The number of individual speciality coffees prepared and the total number of products dispensed can be viewed at any time. This information can be sent automatically* to a defined e-mail address for monitoring purposes. A graph shows the most popular specialities.

Day Counter


The day counter can be easily reset from a smartphone, either manually or automatically once the counter readings have been read and sent by e-mail*.

Maintenance Counter


Vending and operating providers, as well as users, can be quickly and easily notified when cleaning is due or how often maintenance programmes have been carried out. This makes it easy to plan maintenance schedules for different machines.

Prompts

Messages about the machine's status (e.g. fill water, fill beans, empty coffee grounds) are sent automatically*, so they always reach the relevant people. This ensures that the coffee machine is always ready for use.

* Android allows e-mails to be sent automatically. iOS requires a brief confirmation via the user interface.
